Quality

Manuel Ponce, a Malaga native, brings years of experience behind the stove. He currently leads the kitchen at Tánico's, where he channels his passion for gastronomy. His journey began under the influence of his father, also a chef, who passed on to him a deep love for cooking.

Since 2008, Tánico's Restaurant has been serving high-quality food in Fuengirola. We are committed to market-fresh cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. Our passion for cooking keeps our culinary offerings fresh and ever-changing.

Some of our signature dishes have earned a permanent place on the menu, such as our cod and prawn–stuffed “pincelito”, our homemade croquettes, bull tail empanadas, cod, and hake. To complement your meal, we offer an extensive wine list with around 300 carefully selected labels from Spain and beyond.
